Community Connections Program

The Partnership serves residents of Berks County who are currently recipients of cash assistance and will aid them in their required participation in the Welfare Reform regulations. This program includes individualized case-management services and linkages with needed community resources.

This program is funded through a contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
