Communities Empowering Youth
The Communities
Empowering Youth (CEY) Program works to strengthen communities by building their
capacity so they are better able to serve youth. Capacity building activities
are designed to:

group or organization's sustainability and effectiveness

ability to provide social services

Develop and/or
diversify its funding sources

effective collaborations to better serve those most in need
